Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, An Ex Army Man shall ask his staff to pull up their Socks as they are maligning his image before his voters. Despite Reminders, Home Department is failed to release an Official Notification on Arms License Exemption on Dope Test for Senior Citizens. The Health Department at district levels did not receive any official notification on the same. So, Senior Citizens who got happy while reading Exemption news in daily national newspapers, are facing harassment.

It was 8 August 2018 when CM Singh announced Arms License Exemption on dope Test for Senior Citizens and EX Army men. It was indeed a relief for all the Old aged arms holders. But, here is a catch!! Since, the official Notification is not out yet, so Senior Citizens have to still go through the harassment of Dope Test and Slap of Rs. 1500/-, that too when last date of renewal is approaching.

Heres something Interesting written a Blogger of Patiala with his three hospital trip story and rude behaviour of Doctors is well explained in his Blog…
