Forest Department constituted committee of three members to submit report with in 15 days on 19 July 2019
Naresh Kadyan requested to lodge FIR against Maneka Gandhi with Gauri Mulekhi of People for Animal and going to send case in Vigilance Department.

Hanuman vatika which was run by People for Animals and whose Trustee is Maneka Gandhi, MP of BJP, caught duping Monkeys in name of rescuing the speechless beings for merely Rs 10 lakhs from Central Zoo Authority.
There have been more than 250 Monkeys for which her Trust is entitled to do a rescue operations along with running rehabilitation program. She also has forged papers before Central Zoo Authority saying that her trust has been active for the last 20 years at village Sultanpur in Gurgaon naming Hanuman Vatika, Monkey Rescue Shelter.
Naresh Kadyan, Chief National Commissioner, Scouts & Guides for Animals & Birds, National Authority for Animal Welfare, OIPA: Indian People for Animals have raised the issue and requested for FIR against Member of Parliament after presenting all evidences against her. This is pertinent to mention here that after being caught for duping and forging papers, Maneka Gandhi have returned 10 lakh with interest to the CZA.
This is why Forest Department of Gurugram have constituted Committee which has to submit report within 15 days under Wildlife Protection Act 1972. The SHO of Farrukhnagar and CZA is also directed to be active part of investigation.
This is also important to mention here that CZA has sanctioned Rs 10 Lakh to Hanuman Vatika Rescue centre for the development works in year 2011-12 and utilization certificate was received in year 2016. After finding the mismanagement and paucities in care of Monkeys the CZA have asked the refund of grant 10 lakh with interest and also have cancelled the licence of Hanuman Vatika.
